These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ODLS™, the digital lacrosse scorebook application, together with the websites at odls.app and app.odls.app (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by RayFox Studios LLC ("RayFox Studios," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a license. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, club, league, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for keeping statistics for your team during the term of your subscription.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, one license covers one team. You may install and use the Service on as many devices as your own coaching staff reasonably needs to keep that team's games.

The Service is licensed, not sold. RayFox Studios and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and the ODLS™ and RayFox Studios™ names and logos. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
You retain all rights to the rosters, statistics, game records, and other content you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We claim no ownership of Your Data.
Important: ODLS stores Your Data locally on your device, not on our servers. We generally cannot access, recover, restore, or export it for you. If you clear your browser storage, uninstall the app, lose the device, or reset it, Your Data is gone. Export your data regularly. The Service includes CSV and Excel export specifically for this purpose.
You are responsible for Your Data, including for having any consents or authority you need to record information about players — particularly minors — under your school's, club's, or league's policies and applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for how the Service handles information.
The Service is offered on an annual subscription. Fees are stated at the time of purchase and are charged in U.S. dollars. Unless you cancel before the end of your current term, your subscription renews automatically for another year at the then-current price, and the payment method on file will be charged.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and you keep access until then. We will give you reasonable advance notice by email before any price change takes effect.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@odls.app within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund that purchase in full. Renewal charges are refundable within 30 days of the renewal date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service. We aim to improve it, not diminish it, but we do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available. The Service is designed to work offline; once installed, it generally continues to function without a network connection.
The Service may retrieve publicly available content, such as team logos, from third-party sources when you have a network connection. That content belongs to its respective owners, is provided for convenience, and is not endorsed by us. Team names, school marks, and league marks referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners.
ODLS is an independent product of RayFox Studios LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by USA Lacrosse, World Lacrosse, the NCAA, any state athletic association, any school or school district, or any other governing or sanctioning body.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT STATISTICS RECORDED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
ODLS is a record-keeping tool. It is not an official scorekeeping system of any league, and it does not replace any scorebook, record, or reporting your league or governing body requires. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAYFOX STUDIOS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, RECORDS, STATISTICS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RayFox Studios LLC and its members and personnel from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Your Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, the rights granted to you end, and you must stop using the Service. Sections 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and RayFox Studios agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute not subject to informal resolution.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@odls.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where reasonable, give notice through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RayFox Studios regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
